fa بررسی تعیین تیپ سرمی روتاویروس‌های گروه A در کودکان زیر 7 سال در تهران بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education عمومی General <p>  <strong>سابقه و هدف</strong> : روتاویروس انسانی گروه A شایع‌ترین عامل اسهال و استفراغ شدید در نوزادان در جهان می‌باشد.<strong><br clear="all" ></strong> <strong>مواد و روشها</strong> : در بررسی حاضر، 180 نمونه مدفوع از اطفال و نوزادان با اسهال و استفراغ شدید از دو بیمارستان کودکان در تهران از دی ماه 1379 تا دی ماه 1380 جمع‌آوری شد که با استفاده از روش سرولوژی الایزا نمونه‌های آلوده معین گردید. <strong></strong></p><p>  <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> عفونت گروه A روتاویروس در 66 نمونه تشخیص داده شد. بررسی‌های تعیین تیپ سرمی نمونه‌های ویروسی با استفاده از آنتی‌بادی‌های مونوکلونال هفت سروتایپ (G₁ ، G₂ ، G₃ ، G₄ ، G₆ ، G₈ ، G₉) در آزمایشات الایزا نشان داد که سروتیپ‌های G1 و G4 شایع‌ترین تیپ‌های سرمی درحال گردش در بین اطفال و نوزادان آلوده در تهران می‌باشد. </p><p> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری : </strong>بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، سروتایپ‌های G1 و G4 بیشترین فراوانی را نشان دادند. همچنین بیشترین شیوع فصلی روتاویروسی در فصل سرما مشاهده شد. </p> Background: Rotavirus infection, a frequent cause of death in developing countries is also known to be the leading cause of acute gastroenteritis requiring hospitalization in infants and young children in the developed world. In this study, the most prevalent serotypes of rotavirus in Tehran and seasonal distribution in a year were investigated. Materials and methods: Fecal samples were collected from a total of 180 infants and children with acute gastroenteritis in two children's hospitals in Tehran. The samples were tested by ELISA. Serotyping investigation of viral specimens was performed, using 7 serotypes monoclonal antibodies (G1-G2-G3-G4-G6-G8-G9) in ELISA tests. Results: Rotavirus type A was detected in 66 samples (37%). G1 and G4 serotypes were the most common serotypes found in infected children and infants in Tehran. The peak of rotavirus infection prevalence occurred during the cold months of the year. Conclusion: This study underlines the importance of these serotypes in the etiology of severe diarrhea in children.
