Abstract Background: Yellow nail syndrome is a rare disease of unknown etiology, presenting with lymphedema, respiratory symptoms and yellow nails. Case Report: We have reported a 10 year-old female who presented with yellow discoloration, thickness and increased convexity of nail cuticles in all fingers and toes. On examination, non-pitting edema was present on both lower limbs. KEYWORDS: Yellow nail syndrome, Lymphedema.
