other نتایج حاصل از عمل جراحی در بیماریهای کولیت زخمگین و پولیپ خانوادگی بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">در این نوشتار تجربیات بالینی نتایج حاصله از روش انجام عمل جراحی </span><span dir="LTR">Endorectal Ileal J pouch</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> در ۱۳ بیمار مبتلا به کولیت اولسروز و ۷ بیمار مبتلا به پولیپوز فامیلیال کولون در مدت ۶ سال ارائه شده است. برای این بیماران در گذشته ایلئوستومی گذاشته می شد ولی با انجام عمل (</span><span dir="LTR">E I J Pouch</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">) از مشکل ایلئوستومی دائمی نجات یافتند.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">عمل جراحی انجام شده برای این بیماران توتال کولکتومی، برداشتن مخاط رکتوم و </span><span dir="LTR">Ileal J Pouch</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> همراه با ایلئوستومی موقت در یک مرحله انجام شده است و در مرحله دوم ایلئوستومی بیمار ترسیم شده است. شایعترین عارضه بعد از عمل عبارتند از التهاب مخزن کیسه ای، تنگی محل خروجی کینه، ایجاد فیستول پین کیسه و ناحیه پری آنال و انسداد روده .</span><br> &nbsp;</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR">This study evaluates the results of endorectal Ileal J Pouch Anal Anastomosis (IJPAA) in 13 patients with Ulcerative colitis and 7 patients with familial adenomatous polyposis in 6 years in Emam Hosein Hospital.
