other گزارش دویست مورد عمل پیوند کلیه از دهنده ی زنده بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">از فروردین ماه 1365&nbsp; الی مهر ماه 1367 مجموعا دویست مورد پیوند کلیه از دهنده ی زنده در مرکز شهید هاشمی نژاد انجام شده است. اهدای کلیه در 90 درصد موارد از طرف خانواده بیمار و در 10 درصد بقیه از افراد غریبه بوده است.&nbsp;سن پیوند شدگان بین 11 تا 64 سال بوده و بعضی حتی تا پانزده سال هم سابقه همودیالیز داشته اند. روند و پیشرفت کار در این مرکز نشان می دهد که &ndash; همانند تجارب قبلی برای شروع کاری جدید در شرایط مملکتی ما بایستی کار با امکانات محدود آغاز شده و بعدا به تدریج اشکالات و موانع گام به گام و مرحله به مرحله از پیش پا برداشته شود.<span dir="RTL">فعالیت مراکز پیوند کلیه و از جمله مرکز شهید هاشمی نژاد در حال حاضر کلیه اعمال جراحی پیوند کلیه را در داخل کشور پوشش داده و گسترش تدریجی و نتایج مطلوب آن سبب شده است که برنامه اعزام به خارج بیماران برای پیوند کلیه که تا چند سال قبل طریقه منحصر به فرد درمان قطعی مبتلا به نارسائی مزمن کلیه بود امروزه خوشبختانه به کلی کنار گذاشته شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">Two hundred cases of renal transplantation from living donors are reported from Shahid Hashemi Nejad Medical Center in Iran. There were 127 male and 73 female patients with 67% in the third and fourth decade of life. All patients received grafts from living donors with 114 cases of HLA haploidentical, 55 cases of HLA identical matches and 24 unrelated donors. One year patient and graft survival were 94.3% and 88.6% respectively. Despite the wartime conditions and lack of many modern facilities, the results are quite satisfactory and comparable to many other centers in the world.
