other یک مورد انسداد کاذب اولیه و مزمن روده همراه با فقدان احتمالی تخمدان ها بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education گزارش موردی Case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">بیمار، دختر بچه ی 12 ساله ای است که به مدت شش سال سابقه ی انسداد دوره ای و مکرر روده دارد. بیماری او با علائم بالینی و پرتو نگاری کالازیای (منبسط نشدن)، مری، اتساع معده و روده و علائم سوء تغذیه و سوء جذب که منجر به کاهش وزن و اختلال شدید رشد جسمی او شده، همراه است. نمونه برداری ( بیوپسی) از جدار روده باریک و روده فراخ، بافت مخاطی، عضلانی و عصبی سالم را نشان داد. سایر بررسی ها و آزمایش های انجام شده انسداد حاد مکانیکی، فلج روده و اختلالات سوخت و سازی ( متابولیکی) و هورمونی را رد کرد و بیماری او انسداد کاذب و مزمن روده با منشأ ناشناخته ( ایدیوپاتیک) تشخیص داده شد. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">The patient is a 12 year-old girl who has been suffering from episodes of in testinal obstruction since she was 6 years old, leading to severe malnutrition, malabsorption and growth retardation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Repeated radiological examinations revealed esophageal achalasia, gastric distention, marked small intestinal and mild colonic dilatation. Transmural biopsies from small and large bowels showed normal and mucosa! and muscular layers containing normal neural plexus and ganglionic cells. In laparotomy the ovaries were absent and the uterus was atrophic. Mechanical obstruction, paralytic ileus and metabolic disorders were ruled out by a complete clinical and laboratory evaluations and the diagnosis of a primary and chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction was made.
