fa گزارش یک مورد بیمار مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید سرونگاتیو مزمن با سیر پیشرونده مقاوم به درمان علوم سلولی( سلولی مولکولی، سلول های بنیادی) Cellular Sciences (Molecular Cells, Stem Cells) پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">سابقه و هدف</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">: آرتریت روماتوئید بیماری است پیشرونده که منجر به تخریب مفاصل می‌شود. تا کنون روش‌های درمانی مختلفی برای این بیماری ارائه شده است، اما تمامی این درمان‌ها با عوارض زیادی همراه هستند و درمان کامل نیز میسر نمی‌شود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">: این مقاله گزارش یک مورد بیمار مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید سرونگاتیو مزمن با سیر پیشرونده مقاوم به درمان است که با ترکیبی از رژیم غذایی خاص و ویتامین‌ها و داروهای ضدالتهابی غیر استروئیدی با دوز پایین تحت درمان قرار گرفته است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">: این بیمار بعد از 35 سال ابتلا به بیماری به این درمان پاسخ سریع داده و محدودیت‌های حرکتی او هم بازگشت قابل توجهی را نشان می‌دهد. به طوری که پس از دریافت 10روز درمان با کاهش قطر پاها و رفع محدودیت حرکتی زانوها، به تنهایی قادر به حرکت شد. طول درمان برای بیمار 43روز بود که با بهبودی قابل توجه و دریافت کامل توانایی حرکتی زانوها، ران‌ها و ... همراه بود. در پیگیری پس از درمان به مدت یک سال بیماری پیشرفتی نداشت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:18.0pt;">: این گزارش می‌تواند توجه محققان و پزشکان را به تشخیص این بیماری که افراد زیادی را مبتلا کرده و اصلاح مکانیسم تولرانس سلولی که پاتوژنز اصلی این بیماری‌ها هستند به روش سلول درمانی درون تنی جلب کروده و از طرفی نقش مهم استفاده از مواد غذایی سالم حاوی آنتی اکسیدان‌ها و پرهیز از غذاهای التهاب‌زا در بهبود التهاب و علایم بالینی بیماری آرتریت روماتوئید را نشان دهد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Rheumatoid Arthritis is a progressive disease that can lead to destruction and deformity of involved joints.
