In this article along with the brief review of the Radiologic signs of tuberculosis of the bones and joints there is emphasis on the outstanding sign's of the patients which we have seen in Iran. Tuberculosis of the vertebral column and specially paravertebral abscess is discussed. The prevalent signs of the disea·se in other bones and -joints are mentioned and different manifestations of tuberculous da·ctylitis is discussed.
