Two intersting cases of foreign bodies ingestion reported. First case who was a mentaly depressed, ingested many needles and bistoury blades. Few of them were fixed in patient's Meckel Diverticulum. A lot of foreign bodies removed by simple extraction transmurally or gastrotomy or intestinal resection. A few of them passed spontaneously by stool. Second case commiting suicide ingested chalky water that produced chalky stomach which was removed by gastrotomy.
