fa بررسی میزان مشکلات دوران بارداری در زوجین با سابقه‌ی نازایی، سقط و بارداری ناخواسته، در بیمارستان مهدیه شهر تهران، سال 1396 زنان وزایمان Gynecological and Obstetrical پژوهشی Original <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px 0px 10.66px; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px 0px 10.66px; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><font color="#000000"><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: "><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: "><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span></span></font></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px 0px 10.66px; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><i><font color="#000000"><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: "><b>&nbsp;</b></span></font></i>در طول بارداری، هریک از زوجین ممکن است تغییرات و مشکلات متنوعی را تجربه کنند. در شرایطی مانند سابقه‌ی ناباروری، سقط قبلی و یا بارداری‌های ناخواسته، که دوران بارداری مورد توجه ویژه‌ی زوجین قرار می‌گیرد ممکن است میزان این مشکلات نیز بیشتر شود. مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان مشکلات دوران بارداری در زوجین با سابقه‌ی نازایی، سقط و بارداری‌های ناخواسته انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>در این مطالعه ی توصیفی &nbsp;120 زوج در انتظار فرزند با سن بارداری خانم 41-28 هفته بررسی شدند. زوج‌ها در 4 گروه مختلف: با سابقه‌ی ناباروری، سقط قبلی، بارداری ناخواسته و کنترل قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ی مخصوص از نظر مشکلات شایع دوران بارداری بررسی و با هم مقایسه شدند.&nbsp; همچنین در هریک از این گروه ها نیز همبستگی بین &nbsp;مشکلات زوجین محاسبه شد. سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در هر 4 گروه زنان نسبت به مردان مشکلات جسمی بیشتری تجربه کرده بودند (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>). در گروه های با سابقه ی نازایی (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>) و سقط (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>) هریک از زوجین نسبت به گروه کنترل مشکلات جسمی و روانی بیشتری را تجربه کرده بودند. در هر 3 گروه از نظر مشکلات جسمی، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین مشکلات زوجین وجود داشت(05/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>). در حالی که در گروه کنترل زوجین باهم همبستگی نداشتند.<br> <strong>تیجه‌گیری: </strong>در شرایطی مانند سابقه ی ناباروری، سقط و یا ناخواسته رخ دادن بارداری، ممکن است&nbsp; به علت اهمیت و یا استرسی که بارداری برای آن ها ایجاد می کند، هریک از زوجین مشکلات بیشتری را در طول بارداری تجربه کنند. در ارائه ی مراقبت به این گروه از افراد توجه به این گونه سوابق موجب می شود که در صورت لزوم &nbsp;کمک کرد که این گروه از افراد نیز بارداری بهتری را پشت سر بگذارند.</p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 10.66px;">During pregnancy, each of the couples may experience various changes and problems. In some circumstances like &nbsp;history of infertility, previous abortions or unwanted pregnancies, that couples pay special attention to pregnancy, the amount of these problems may also increase. The aim of this study was determination &nbsp;of pregnancy problems in couples with a history of infertility, abortion and unwanted pregnancy.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this descriptive study, 120 pregnant couples were examined. Gestational age of women was 28-41 weeks. The couples were divided into 4 groups: history of infertility, abortion, unwanted pregnancy and control group. Then they were compared by using a special questionnaire for the common problems of pregnancy. Also, in each of these groups, correlation between couples&rsquo; problems was calculated. The significance level was considered to be 0.05.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: In all four groups, women experienced more physical problems than men (p <0.001). In groups with history of infertility (p <0.001) and abortion (p <0.001), each of the couples experienced more physical and mental problems than the control group. There was a positive and significant correlation between couples&rsquo; physical problems in all three groups (p <0.05). While in the control group the couples did not correlate<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In conditions such as history of infertility, abortion or unwanted pregnancy, due to the importance or stress that pregnancy produce for couples, they may experience more problems during pregnancy.
