other آگاهی و عملکرد خانم های باردار مراجعه کننده به زایشگاههای شهر کرمان در رابطه با لزوم انجام مراقبت های دوران بارداری بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">طب پیشگیری سریع ترین راه برقراری سلامت جامعه می باشد که با ارتقای سطح آگاهی کلیه آحاد جامعه از جمله مادران قابل انجام است، از این رو، تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی دانش و عملکرد زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به زایشگاه های شهر کرمان در زمینه لزوم انجام مراقبت های دوران بارداری بر روی ۷۰۰ زن باردار صورت پذیرفت.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی - مقطعی بر روی ۷۰۰ زن باردار با طریق انتخاب تصادفی خوشه ای و به نسبت تراکم جمعیت انجام گرفت .۷۰۰ زن باردار با میانگین سنی ۵/۴</span> <span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۲۵/۷سال، سن زمان ازدواج ۳/۸</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۱۹/۷سال، میزان سواد بر حسب سالهای تحصیل ۴/۸ </span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۸/۱، تعداد حاملگی ۸/۱</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۲/۵ بار و سن حاملگی ۱/۴</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۳۹ هفته بودند. در ۹۱/۴ درصد کنترل فشار خون طی حاملگی فعلی کنترل شده، در حالی که فقط ۶۷ درصد واکسن کزاز تزریق کرده بودند. ۹۵/۹ درصد آنان انجام آزمایش خون را در حاملگی ضروری می دانستند اما فقط ۱۳/۶درصد در رابطه با این که فرد دیابتی نمی تواند مانند افراد سالم حاملگی های متوالی داشته باشد. آگاهی داشتند. در این پژوهش بین آگاهی و عملکرد افراد مورد مطالعه اختلاف آماری معنی دار وجود داشت. بین آگاهی با سواد، سن مادر، شغل، تعداد حاملگی و هم چنین عملکرد با سواد، تعداد حاملگی و سن زمان ازدواج اختلاف آماری معنی داری ملاحظه شد.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">با توجه به نتایج حاصل، آگاهی و عملکرد زنان باردار در برخی موارد مهم مراقبت های دوران بارداری مطلوب نمی باشد و از آنجایی که دانش، زمینه رفتاری مناسب را فراهم می سازد، لازم است متولیان بهداشت عمومی و مراقبان مربوط، توجه بیشتری را جهت ارایه آموزش در این زمینه مبذول دارند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR">The preventive medicine is the most rapid way for health establishment in the society and can be carried out through upgrading the knowledge level of the citizens including mothers. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge and performance of pregnant women referred to the obstetrics clinics of Kerman regarding the execution of intra-conception cares on 700 pregnant women.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">The descriptive and cross-sectional strategy of this study was performed on 700 pregnant women selected through random and cluster sampling with regard to population density.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">They had an average age of25.7 &plusmn; 3.8 years, a period of 19.7 &plusmn; 3.8 passed from their marriage, the knowledge level as 8.1 &plusmn; 4.8, number of pregnm1cies as 2.5&plusmn; 1.8, and pregnancy period as 39 &plusmn; 1.4 weeks. In 91.4% of them, the pregnancy-induced hypertension was controlled, whereas 67% of them had received tetanus vaccine. Meanwhile, 95.5% of them affirmed complete blood test as necessary during pregnancy, but only 13 .6% had information for this fact that diabetics could not have consecutive pregnancies as normal persons. In addition, a significant difference was observed between the level of knowledge and performance.
