other آمبولیزاسیون همانژیوم های مهره ای ، اولین تجربه در ایران بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">بروز همانژیوم در مهره های فقرات شایع بوده، در ستون فقرات حدود ۱۰ درصد افراد، یک همانژیوم وجود دارد. این ضایعه در بسیاری از موارد بدون عارضه بالینی بوده، نیاز به اقدام درمانی ندارد؛ لکن در بعضی از بیماران رشد ضایعه سبب بروز عوارضی - بخصوص از جهت انتشار به داخل کانال نخاعی و اثر فشاری بر نخاع و اعصاب - میشود که نیاز به درمان جدی پیدا می کند. انجام آنژیوگرافی مهرهای و آمبولیزاسیون مهره مبتلا از اقدامات درمانی موثر و ضروری است که انجام آن از چندی پیش در بیمارستان آیت الله طالقانی شروع شده است. در این نوشتار ضمن اشاره به مطالبی که در این زمینه منتشر شده است در مورد آمبولیزاسیون انجام شده شرح داده میشوند.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">همانژیوم مهره ای شامل مجموعه ای از یافته های بالینی است که از همانژیومهای بدون علامت که معمولا&quot; به صورت اتفاقی کشف می شوند، تا توده های حجیم که بر نخاع فشار وارد می آورند، متفاوت است.</span></span></div> <span dir="LTR">SUMMARY</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Vertebral hemangiomas are very common abnormalities involving human spinal column. Two different kinds of these lesions, symptomatic and asymptomatic hemangiomas are noted in the spine. The asymptomatic ones are found incidentally in spinal imaging investigations and don not need any theraputic action. The symptomatic hemangiomas, which are not as usual as former one but, causes significant morbidities for the patient.</span> <span dir="LTR">Surgical removal and packing the hemangioma is a well established curative procedure for these hemangiomas, embolization has proved to assist the surgeon for complete removal of tumor. The amount of bleeding, duration of surgery and final improvement of symptoms are significantly affected by embolization.
