other گزارش یک مورد آدنوئید سیستیک سرطان پستان بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">آدنوئید سیستیک سرطان پستان تومور بسیار نادری است. اولین بار شش مورد آن در سال ۱۹۶۶ در مایوکلینیک (</span><span dir="LTR">Mayo Clinic</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">) توسط گالووی و کلاگت ( </span><span dir="LTR">Galleway</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">& </span><span dir="LTR">Clagent</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> ) شرح داده شد. در سال ۱۹۸۲، صد مورد آن در دنیا گزارش شد. تومور مذکور در مناطق دیگر بدن مانند غدد بزاقی، برونش، سرویکس و غدد بارتولن نیز دیده می شود. این تومور در صورتی که در پستان باشد. پیش آگهی خوبی دارد. در این نوشتار یک مورد از این تومور که در سال ۱۳۶۶ در بخش آسیب شناسی بیمارستان بوعلی تشخیص داده شد، گزارش می شود. </span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> <br clear="all" > &nbsp;</span></div> &nbsp;<br> <span dir="LTR">SUMMARY</span><br> <span dir="LTR">An infrequent case of adenoid cystic carcinoma is described. Four years ago a 35 year old women was admitted to BuAli Hospital because of a firm painful mass near her left areola. The pathologic diagnosis after surgery was adenoid cystic carcinoma of breast.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Up to now the patient is quite well without recurrence.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">incidence. Adenoid cystic carcinoma is an infrequent type of breast carcinoma comprising from 0.1 % to 0.2% of infiltrating carcinomas.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Mac. These tumors are usually small, firm masses in the areolar region.</span> <span dir="LTR">Mic. The characteristic diphasic histologic growth pattern is similar to that of adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland origon. lmmunohistochemical studies showed act in and I or 5100 protein were variably positive in all cases. Keratin, EMA and CEA immunostaining disclosed ductal type cells in all cases. Vimentin was positive in myoepilhelial cells.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Clinical course. Approximately 100 of these cases have been reported, none have had axillary metastasis, and the survival rate is very high.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Treatment.
