other گزارش اولین مورد اسپوروتریکوزیس جلدی لنفاوی بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education گزارش موردی Case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">یک مورد اسپوروتریکوزیس جلدی &ndash; لنفاوی (<span dir="LTR">lymphocutaneous sporotrichosis</span>) در مرد 55 ساله ی کشاورزی در بخش قارچ شناسی پزشکی دانشکده ی بهداشت دانشگاه تهران مشاهده شد. به دنبال زخم ناشی از سیم خاردار ضایعه ای در انگشت سبابه ی دست چپ بیمار پدیدار و به تدریج گره (ندول) های متعدد در مسیر عروق لنفاوی این دست ایجاد شده بود. در نمونه ی مستقیم برداشته شده از ضایعه، عناصر قارچی مشاهده نشد، ولی در تمام محیط های کشت در حرارت آزمایشگاه پرکنه (کلنی) های رشته ای اسپوروتریکس شنکئی <span dir="LTR">sporotrix schenckii</span> رشد کرد و پس از تلقیح به بیضه ی هامستر در برش های بافتی یاخته های مخمری و جسم استروئید مشاهده شد و پس از کشت در محیط های آزمایشگاهی کلنی های دو شکلی ( دیمورفیک) اسپوروتریکس شنکئی جدا گردید. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">A 55 years old male farmer was referred to the Medical Mycology Department, School of Public Health, Tehran University with an ulcerative lesion on his left index finger and nodular lesions along the lymphatic of the left hand.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Patient explained that he had been injured by a wire entanglement,in the site of lesion, about one year before.&nbsp; Direct microscopic examination of the biopsy material was negative but Sporo&shy;thrix schenckii was grown on all of the culture media at room temperature.
