other اثر بهبود ارائه خدمات بهداشتی تغذیه ای بر شاخصهای تغذیه ای دربخش چترود کرمان بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">هدف</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> از این بررسی، ارزیابی نقش خدمات بهداشتی - تغذیه ای ارائه شده در روستاهای منطقه چترود کرمان از طریق مقایسه وضعیت تغذیه ای و رشد کودکان ۰-۵ سال در سالهای ۱۳۵۹-۱۳۶۳ بوده است. </span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۱) نتایج حاصل از بررسی تغذیه ای در سالهای ۱۳۶۰، ۶۱ و ۶۳ با نتایج حاصل از بررسی تغذیه ای در منطقه مذکور در سال ۱۳۵۹ مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. از این مقایسه نتیجه گرفته شد که بین سالهای ۱۳۵۹ تا ۱۳۶۱ بر اساس طبقه بندیهای گومز - واترلو - مک لارن ورید در صد سؤتغذیه به طور معنی داری کاهش داشته، در حالی که در سال ۱۳۶۳ درصد سؤ تغذیه نسبت به سال ۱۳۶۱ افزایش معنی</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">۔</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> داری داشته است. ۲) بر اساس طبقه بندی قد برای سن، درصد کودکان کوتاه قد سیر نزولی داشته که این کاهش فقط در سال ۱۳۶۳ نسبت به بررسی سالهای پیش - از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود. در طول سالهای بررسی کودکانی که نسبت قد به سن آنان کمتر از ۹۰ درصد استاندارد بود (کوتوله های تغذیه ای) به طور معنی دار کاهش داشته است.</span><br> &nbsp;</span></div> &nbsp;<br> <span dir="LTR">SUMMARY</span><br> <span dir="LTR">The purpose of this study was to assess the role of primary health services in improving general health of children in chat rood villages, Kerman, Iran, by comparing growth and nutritional status of 0-5 year children in 1980 and 1984. Nutritional status was assessed, using anthropometric methods; in 1980, 1981, 1982, and 1984. The results were as follows;</span><br> <span dir="LTR">1)between 1980 and 1982, the percentage of malnourishea children, based on Gomez, Waterlow, and Mclarcn and Read classifications, decreased significantly. The date for 1984 showed an increase in the percentage of malnou rishcd children, probably due to the fact that in the summer of that was a measles epidemic.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">2)As regarde the percentage of nutritional dwarfs (Less than 90% of height for age), there was a downward trend.
