other بررسی قد و وزن اطفال مهد کودکهای تهران بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">به منظور بررسی رشد بدنی کودکان مهدهای کودکی شهر تهران و مقایسه آن با استانداردهای بین الملی، وزن و قد ۵۲۶ پسر و ۵۵۷ دختر ۳ تا ۷ ساله در هفت مهد کودک منطقه مرفه نشین تهران اندازه گیری و با استاندارد </span><span dir="LTR">NCHS</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> مقایسه شد.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">۵۴/۵ درصد کودکان بین </span><span dir="LTR">sD</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> ۱- تا </span><span dir="LTR">sD </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">&nbsp;۱+ وزن برای قد </span><span dir="LTR">sD</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> ۱- تا </span><span dir="LTR">sD </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">&nbsp;۱+ قد برای سن قرار گرفتند و تنها ۳/۵ درصد کودکان بین </span><span dir="LTR">sD</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> ۳- تا </span><span dir="LTR">sD </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">&nbsp;۱- </span>&rlm;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;">وزن برای قد و قد برای سن بودند. نزدیک به ۴۵ درصد کودکان در حد بالاتر از پنجاهمین صدک وزن برای سن و قد برای سن بودند؛ در حالی که، وزن برای قد به طور یکسان در دو سوی میانه قرار داشت. قد و وزن این کودکان - در مقایسه با جمعیت آماری شهر تهران - در تمام گروههای سنی وضعیت بهتری داشت. نتایج نشان می دهد که گرچه جمعیت مورد بررسی اندکی کوتاهتر و کم وزن تر از جمعیت مرکز ملی آمارهای بهداشتی آمریکا (</span><span dir="LTR">NCHS</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">) است، اما با شاخص وزن برای قد چنین اختلافی وجود ندارد. بر این اساس می توان اظهار کرد که استفاده از استاندارد </span><span dir="LTR">NCHS</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> برای بررسیهای صحرایی و خدمات بهداشتی مناسب بوده و نیاز مبرمی به تهیه استاندارد کشوری وجود ندارد.</span></span></div> <span dir="LTR">Summary</span><br> <span dir="LTR">In order to examine the Summary .growth status or children in Tehran nurseries in comparison to the international standards, height and Weight in 526 boys and 557 girls 3 to 7 year old in 7 nurseries located in the well&shy;to-do areas of the capital were surveyed and compared to the National Center for Health Statistics figures. 54.5% or the children were between -1 SD to + 1 SD weight for height and height for age. Only 3.5 % of the subjects fell between -1 SD to -3 SD weight for height and height for age. Close to 450/&quot;&#39; of the children were above the 50% Percentile weight for age and height for age while weight for height was equally distributed on both sides of the median. The height and weight of these children compared to a representative Tehrani Sample were superior in all age brackets.
