other بررسی یک مورد مننژیت کریپتوکوکی درمان شده بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education گزارش موردی Case report <span style="font-family:tahoma;">موردی از مننژیت کریپتوکوکی در پرنده بازی از اهالی مازندران مشاهده شده است، وی پس از یک ماه و نیم بیماری به حالتی زار و با کاشکسی به بخش عفونی مرکز پزشکی شهید دکتر لبافی نژاد مراجعه کرد و بستری شد و با مطالعه روی مایع مغزی نخاعی او و تطبیق آن با آزمایشان سرمی و ایمونولوژی ( ایمنی شناسی) پی به ابتلای او به عفونت مننگوآنسفالی برده شد و با درمان با آمفوتریسین <span dir="LTR">B</span> (<span dir="LTR">amphotericin</span>) و 5- فلوئوسیتوزین (<span dir="LTR">5-fluocytosin</span>) بهبود پیدا کرد. بررسی ایمنی شناختی نشان دهنده ی طبیعی بودن مصونتی هومورال و نقص ایمنی یاخته ای با کمبود لنفوسیت های <span dir="LTR">T</span> بود.</span> A Case of Cryptococcal meningitis was diagnosed in a 22 year old Pigeon -fancier from Mazandaran prm ince of Iran (close to the Caspian sea).&nbsp;The patient was treated with systemic 5-nuoc􀀪 to,;in and amphotericin B together with intrathecal injection of ampho.
