other بررسی مشکلات درمان سرطان های دیفرانسیه تیروئید بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <span style="font-family:tahoma;">درمان بیمارانی که به سرطان تیروئید مبتلا می شوند شامل سه مرحله جراحی، ید درمانی و هورمون درمانی می باشد. انجام عمل تیروئید در بیمارانی که مشکوک به سرطان تیروئید هستند باید همراه با (<span dir="LTR">Frozen Section</span>) باشد و در صورت وجود علائم بدخیمی، تیروئید کتومی کامل همراه با برداشتن غدد لنفاوی مبتلا انجام گیرد؛ درمان با ید رادیو اکتیو یک ماه پس از عمل جراحی سرطان دیفرانسیه تیروئید توصیه می شود و در صورتی که اسکن تمام بدن &ndash; که به دنبال آن انجام خواهد شد &ndash; وجود متاستاز را نشان دهد تا هنگام از بین رفتن بافت های گرفتار به دفعات انجام می گردد. درمان متوقف کننده تیروتروپین، با مقادیر کافی هورمون تیروئید تا آخر عمر ادامه خواهد یافت. </span><br> &nbsp; The treatment of patient with differentiated carcinoma of thyroid consists of three stages, surgery, I 1.1.i ablation and hormone therapy.
