other سروصدا یک آلوده کننده محیط Noise an Environmental Pollutant پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;">اثر سوء سروصدا بر روی سلامت انسان از دیر باز آشکار بوده و اولین اثر زیانبخش آن بر روی شنوائی در سال ۱۸۳۱ معلوم و با توجه بشغل کارگران این بیماری Boiler Maker&#۳۹;s Deafness نامیده شد.<br> سر و صدای ناشی از ماشین آلات صنعتی یکی از مهمترین عوامل آلوده کننده محیط زیست بوده و در بین صنایع مختلف ریسندگی و بافندگی یکی از پر سر و صداترین صنایع میباشد. و بهمین دلیل گروه بهداشت حرفهای از بدو تأسیس بررسیهائی در این مورد انجام داده و در حال حاضر نیز طرحی در این زمینه در دست اجرا دارد.<br> نتیجه بررسی انجام شده در پنج کارخانه تهران نشان میدهد که در قریب ۲۵ تا ۴۷ درصد کارگاههای این کارخانجات میزان تراز کلی صدا از استاندارد بین المللی (۹۰ دسی بل برای هشت ساعت کار مداوم در روز و پنج روز در هفته ) بالا بوده و در تعدادی از کارگاهها نیز در حد استاندارد بوده و اثر آن بر روی شنوائی کارگران بخوبی مشهود است.<span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span><br> نتایج ادیومتری این گروه نشان میدهد که کاهش آستانه شنوائی در سالهای اول در حدود فرکانسهای بالا (۴۰۰۰ سیکل در ثانیه) بوده و با پیشرفت سالهای خدمت، افت شنوائی در سایر فرکانسها نیز دیده شده و میزان کاهش در دو گوش تقریبا یک سال میباشد. با توجه به اینکه این نوع کری از نوع عصبی بوده و در حال حاضر درمانی برای آن وجود ندارد، رعایت اصول پیشگیری از جمله:<br> ۱- انتخاب کارگران مناسب جهت کار.<br> ۲- رعایت اصول و مهندسی و فنی در ساخت ماشینآلات و کارگاهها.<br> ۳- انجام آزمایشات دورهای<br> ۴- استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی، اهمیت خاصی را دارا میباشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The harmful effect of the noise on human health has been known for many decades and it's first harmful effect on the hearing came to be known in the year 1831. According to the nature of the work, this di- sease was called Boiler Maker's deafness. <br> Noise due to the industrial machineries is one of the main cause of Environmental Poliution, and among the different industreis, Textile industry is the noisiest. As a result, the occupational health department from the start, has established research studies on this subject which is still going on. <br> The result of a survey conducted at five textile factories in Tehran shows that 25 up to 47 per cent of the workshops cf tr.ese factories have a noise level above T.L.V.
