other آنتی بیوتیک ها پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">از سال 1940 تا به حال، استفاده از آنتی بیوتیک ها در پزشکی، در مورد کنترل و درمان بیماری های عفونی کمک های شایانی نموده است. در عین حال مشکلاتی نیز مانند پیدایش گونه های مقاوم باکتری و آنتاگونیزم بروز کرده است. عوامل متعددی در پیدایش این مشکلات مؤثر بوده اند که از مهم ترین آن ها می توان به استفاده بی رویه و غیر علمی از آنتی بیوتیک ها اشاره نمود. پزشکان، برای استفاده به جا و مؤثر آنتی بیوتیک ها می بایست به مکانیزم اثر این داروها آشنا باشند. داروهای میکروب کش، در حالی که به سلول های ایوکاریوت زیان چندانی نمی زنند، باکتری های حساس را با مکانیزم های متفاوت نابود می کنند.<br> بعضی آنتی بیوتیک ها با رقابت با متابولیت های سلولی، بعضی با جلوگیری از بیوسنتز <span dir="LTR">RNA</span> و <span dir="LTR">DNA</span> و پروتئین و بعضی با اختلال در ساختمان و اعمال اعضاء سلولی، مانند دیواره ی سلولی و غشاء سیتو پلاسمی، میکروب های حساس را از بین می برند. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The use of antibiotics has immensely helped the medical&nbsp;profession in controling and treatli&#39;ent of infectious disease since J.940 However, there has been problems and disappointments along the&nbsp;wayi.e.wide-spread rise of resistant bacteria from previously&nbsp;sensitive ones & antibiotic antagonism.Many factors have helped to precipitate these problems,which the preventable, missuse of antibiotics being an important one.&nbsp;<br> To use antibiotics properly and effectively, doctors need to know the modes of action of these widely used drugs. Antibac&shy;terial drugs, while almost harmlessto eucaryotic cells, kill&nbsp;sensitive bacteria with different mechanisms.
