other درمان کیست هیداتیک ریه و کبد با مبندازول بین رشته ای ( مدیریت آموزشی، تحقیقات آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی ) Interdisciplinary (Educational Management, Educational research, Statistics, Medical education پژوهشی Original <span style="font-family:tahoma;">مبندازول (<span dir="LTR">mebendazole</span>) داروی ضد انگل شناخته شده ای است که برای بیماری های ناشی از انواع مختلف انگل ها مثل کرم قلاب دار، کرم گرد و کرم نخی به کار برده می شود. ما این دارو را به دو بیمار که چندین کیست هیداتیک کبد و سه بیمار که تعداد متعددی کیست هیداتیک ریه داشتند. ( به علت پیشرفت بیماری عمل جراحی برای این بیماران امکان پذیر نبود) تجویز کردیم. دوز روزانه 25 تا 40 میلی گرم برای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن و مدت درمان 9 تا 12 ماه بود. به طور کلی نتیجه قطعی بالینی در یک بیمار و تا حدودی در بیماران دیگر &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;( مثل کوچک شدن اندازه کبد و یا پاک شدن چندین کیست هیدراتیک در ریه) به دست آمد. </span> Mebendazole was given to two patients with multiple hydatidosis of the liver and three patients with multiple hydatidosis of the lungs. They could not be treated surgically because of aduanced diseases. So they wer given a daily dose of 25-40 mg/kg body weight for 9-12 months.
