fa بررسی نقش دیابت نوع 2 بر سطح سرمی فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال رگی و پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی خون و فاکتورهای عملکردی کبد و کلیه The Effect of Type 2 Diabetes on Serum Level of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor, Blood Biochemical Parameters and Liver and Kidney Function Factors بیوشیمی Biochemistry پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: دیابت نوع 2 به عنوان یک بیماری متابولیک مزمن می‌تواند بستری را برای شکل‌گیری چندین بیماری مانند بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی، نوروپاتی، نفروپاتی و سرطان فراهم کند. در میان  مکانیسم‌هایی که ممکن است منجر به ایجاد چنین عوارضی برای بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 شود رگ‌زایی توجه فوق‌العاده‌ای را به خود جلب کرده است. این تحقیق درسال 1400 در مشهد انجام و هدف آن ارزیابی میزان فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال رگی و نقش دیابت بر فاکتورهای عملکردی کبد و کلیه  است. روش کار: در این تحقیق همگروهی نمونه خون از 30 بیمار دیابتی نوع 2 و 30 فرد سالم جمع‌آوری و پس از تهیه سرم، سطوح برخی پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی همچون قند خون، تری‌گلیسیرید، کلسترول، سدیم و پتاسیم و هورمون‌های تیروئیدی و فاکتورهای عملکردی کبد، کلیه و سطح سرمی فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال رگی در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 و افراد سالم سنجش و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS و t- Test مقایسه شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که در بیماران دیابتی سطوح قند خون، تری‌گلیسیرید، هورمون محرک تیروئیدی، تیروکسین و آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز در مقایسه با افراد سالم تغییرات معناداری داشته ( 0/05P <، 0/05P <، 0/05P <، 0/001P <) در حالی‌که سطوح کلسترول، سدیم، پتاسیم تغییر معناداری نداشته است. همچنین میزان فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال رگی سرم و فاکتورهای عملکردی کلیه (اوره و کراتینین) در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 در مقایسه با افراد سالم اختلاف معناداری دارد (0/01P <، 0/05P <، 0/05P <). نتیجه‌گیری: بیماری دیابت نوع 2 منجر به کاهش هورمون‌های تیروئیدی و افزایش میزان فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال رگی می‌شود که عاملی در جهت افزایش رگ‌زایی نابجا در بیماران است؛ ضمن آنکه بر فاکتورهای عملکردی کلیه تاثیرگذار است.</div> <h1 style="margin-top: 16px; text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has turned into one of the main complications of the recent century, as this chronic metabolic disease could provide a platform for the formation of several diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, neuropathies, nephropathy, and cancer. Angiogenesis has attracted tremendous attention. This research was conducted in 1400 in Mashhad, and its purpose was to evaluate the level of vascular endothelial growth factor and the effect of T2DM on liver and kidney functional factors. Methods: In this cohort study, Blood samples were collected from 30 T2DM patients and 30 healthy individuals. After obtaining the serum, the levels of several biochemical parameters (FBS, triglyceride, cholesterol, Na, and K), Thyroid hormones, and liver markers (SGOT, SGPT, and Alkaline phosphatase were evaluated. Moreover, the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was also determined in T2DM patients and healthy counterparts by using <st1:stockticker w:st="on">SPSS</st1:stockticker> statistical software and t-test. Results: The results showed that blood sugar; triglyceride, thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroxine, and alkaline phosphatase enzyme levels had significant changes in diabetic patients compared to healthy people (P < 0.001, P < 0.05, P < 0.05. P < 0.05) while cholesterol, sodium, potassium levels did not change significantly. Also, there was a significant difference in serum vascular endothelial growth factor and kidney function factors (urea and creatinine) in type 2 diabetic patients compared to healthy people (P < 0.05, P < 0.05, P < 0.01).
