fa مقایسه اثر ضد دردی گلوکزامین سولفات با دولوکستین در مبتلایان به استئوآرتریت زانو Comparison of the Analgesic Effect of Glucosamine Sulfate with Duloxetine in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis داخلی: ( غدد، ریه، گوارش، کلیه، خون، روماتولوژی، طب سالمندان) Internal medicine: (glands, lungs, digestion, kidneys, blood, rheumatology,Geriatrics ) پژوهشی Original سابقه و هدف: استئوآرتریت (OA) یک بیماری دردناک بسیار شایع در سیستم اسکلتی عضلانی است. محدودیت اثربخشی ضد دردهای فعلی تأیید شده است و به درد‌های تسکینی بهتر نیازمندیم. دولوکستین یکی از داروهایی است که گفته شده می‌تواند اثر ضد دردی داشته باشد اما مطالعه‌ها در این‌باره کم است. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر دولوکستین و گلوکزامین سولفات به عنوان یک کاهنده درد در کاهش درد استئوآرتریت زانو می‌باشد. روش کار: ما یک کارآزمایی یک سوکور با 60 میلی‌گرم دولوکستین و 500 میلی‌گرم گلوکزامین را روی 60 بیمار مبتلا به استئوآرتریت دردناک زانو انجام دادیم. بیماران به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. این دو گروه مشابه بودند و شش هفته دولوکستین یا گلوکزامین دریافت کردند. پیامد اندازه‌گیری‌ شده کاهش شدت درد پس از شش ماه در بیمارانی که در مطالعه شرکت کردند بود. علایم با شاخص WOMAC امتیازدهی شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تست‌های فیشر، تی‌تست و من ویتنی توسط فردی که از نتایج بیاطلاع بود، انجام شد. یافته‌ها: 28 بیمار در گروه دلوکستین و 29 بیمار در گروه گلوکزامین سولفات مطالعه را تکمیل کردند. سن بیماران در گروه دلوکستین برابر با 0/3±  65/47سال و در گروه گلوکوزامین برابر با 0/4±  65/55سال بود (0/384 = P-value). تفاوت آماری معناداری بین دو گروه قبل از مداخله یافت نشد (0/5 < P-value). تفاوتی در توزیع جنسیتی بین دو گروه وجود نداشت (0/91 = P-value). امتیاز WOMAC در گروه دولوکستین در مقایسه با گلوکزامین کاهش معنا‌داری داشت (0/05 > p). همچنین  مشخص شد که شاخص‌های درد به طور معناداری در گروه دلوکسیتین به مقدار بیشتری کاهش یافته است. نتیجه‌گیری: دولوکستین به طور قابل توجهی شدت درد را در امتیاز‌دهی WOMAC کاهش یافته نشان می‌دهد و می‌تواند به عنوان یک درمان پیشنهادی برای درد استئوآرتریت در نظر گرفته شود. Background and Aim: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a very common painful disease of the musculoskeletal system. The limitation of the effectiveness of current analgesics had been proven and better analgesics are needed. Duloxetine is one of the drugs that has been observed to have analgesic effects, but there are few studies about it. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of duloxetine and glucosamine sulfate as pain relievers in reducing knee osteoarthritis pain. Methods: We performed a single-blind, trial of 60 mg of duloxetine and 500mg of glucoeamine in 60 subjects with osteoarthritis pain. Patients were divided into two groups and received 6 weeks of duloxetine orglucoeamine. The measured outcome was a reduction in average pain intensity after 6 months for subjects completing the trial. Symptoms were scored by the WOMAC Index. Data analysis was performed using Fisher's, t-test, and Mann-Whitney tests by a person who was unaware of the results. Results: 28 patients in the duloxetine group and 29 patients in the glucosamine sulfate group completed the study. No statistically significant difference was found between the two groups before the intervention (P-value > 0.5). The mean age of patients in the Deloxetine group was 65.47 ± 0.3 years and in the Glucosamine group, it was 65.55 ± 0.4 years (P-value = 0.384). There was no difference in gender distribution between the two groups (P-value = 0.91). The WOMAC score was significantly decreased in the duloxetine group compared to glucosamine (p < 0.05). It was also found that the pain indices were significantly reduced in the Deloxetine group.
