Abortion in an attached rndimentary uterine horn, followed by a normal intrauterine pregnancy.
Pregnancy in an rudimentary uterus has been occured in many forms, and up to now about 350 cases have been reported in medical journals. Most of these malformations accompanied with other malformations in urinary tract.
A case of pregnancy and abortion in an attached rudimentary uterine horn is presented. The pregnancy was not carried to term as a result of the death of the fetus and 6 was discovered accidentally during laparatomy. Rudimen
tary uterine horn was removed, leaving the main uterus and its attached tube intact.
This patient was readmitted to the hospital a year and 5 months following operation with a normal term pregnancy. She delivered a normal 2800 gr. male baby vaginally.

Megaloblastic Anemia is one of The Rather Common Diseases of Pregnant Women Caused by Folic acid Deficiency The Disease Might Be Hazardous To affected Mothers and also Could be Fatal for foetus too.
Megaloblastic Pregnant Women Will have Signs and Symptoms of This Disease mostly after 29th. Week of pregnancy.
Adequate amount of Folate Will prevent Complications of the mothers and foetus due to Megaloblastic anemia Leafy Coloured Vegetable Should be recommended to all Pregnant Women as one of major Steps to Prevent Megaloblastic Anemia.

Bu:ns patients me i11 need of extra attention in speciali􀖻ed intensive care units, specially as due to their sustained burns and resultant circulatory upset their life is in danger. A severe burn is classified as over 30"{, body surface in adults and over 100";, in children.
Two types of shock are encountered in burns:
1)Hypovolaemic shock during the first three days.
followed by;
2)Septic shock from the fourth day to the end of the third week.
The aim of the treatment is combating these two comp!ications.
In these patients fluid loss must be replaced, the electrolyte imbalance corrected, and the acid/base balance restored. The treatment and dressing of burned areas must be carried out in sterile conditions. and antibiotic therapy commenced simultaneously with the above.

I. The existence of differences and similarities in the sur- 4.
face features not only of different organisms or groups but also within given species has been demonstrated by a variety of techniques.

2. The different reactions of various organisms to the Gram stain might well be taken as one piece of evidence, the use of the electron microscop and associated preparative techniques (including direct shadows, thin sections, negative stains, and freeze-etches) provided clear indications and details for such variations.

3. Many of these preparative procedures when used alone, however, do not provide adequate views, and thereby sufficient information, to permit the desired comprehension of the three dimensional nature of the cell surface.

Direct shadows or the preparation of carbon replicas by the use of metals of fine grain (e.g., platinum-carbon) afford the opportunity to determine the characteristics of cell surfaces and to provide cleares understanding of the nature of such surfaces than is possible with negative staining. It is thus possible to observe, for example, not only gross morphological features but also globular or meshlike surfaces with these techniques; clearly, however, only exposed surfaces can be viewed. When spores of B. polymyxa and B. fastidiosus are compared by means of the carbon replica the utility of the freeze-etching approach, particularly for analysis of surface structures and their component layers, becomes readily appeant.
