We reviewed our management of children with uretero pelvic Junction stenosis due to various pathology in a series of 30 Hydronephrotic kidneys in 27child­ren from 1359 till 1365 in pediatric Surgery Ward to Taleghany Medical Center. The common presenting feature is abdominal mass up to one year age and loin or abdominal pain nucturia was the most frequent complain in older children. The conditions was more common in the male than in female and occured more frequently on the left side. It was common bilaterally in infants.The incide­nce of urinary infection was low and only 1 patient was hypertensive. Dis­membered pyeloureteroplasty was the procedure of choice for reconstruction preliminary nephrostomy performed in 4 patients and nephrostomy was done in the late results assessed clinically and 2 patients radiologically have been entirely satisfactory.
