Physis or "Growth plate" is responsible for Longitudinal and latitudinal growth of bones, during growth period of life. Trumatic lesions of the physis may have disturbancing effect on the growing bone. These lesions can result complete or partial growth arrest and shortten-ing or angular deformity of the bone.Trumatic lesion of the Physis is very common in male than female, and they are 15 to 20% of all trumatic lesions of bones in children. In this article, after discussion about the classification and prognosis of different types of this injury, We reviewed 83 cases of physial fracture, there was 79 male and 4 females. The distal end of the radius was the most common site of involvement, as in other reports. The type II of physial injury of Salter and Harris, was 73%. Fall on the hand was the cause of injury in most instance. 16 of the patients which have followed up, showed complications such as. 
Neurovascular involvement, amputation, complete growth arrest,and angular deformity.
