SUMMARY
An infant is reported with imperforate anus and complete duplication of colon, rectal pouch, doubling of the genitalia with completely formed penes, double bladder and urethra. This 2 days old male was operated on several times, but finally expired on 33 days old with respiratory disorder and sepsis.
